Each case study sets out who the business serves, what we did and why the work is organized the way it is.
Service businesses in New Jersey and New York
Buyers of these services search for what they need, often with a town attached, and act from the page that answers them: a call, a quote request or a service request.
Commercial property maintenance from Cranbury, NJ, for the Exit 8A corridor. We rebuilt the website on a custom WordPress theme and run its SEO: a page for each service and each industry served, snow removal pages for 15 towns and a quote form in the homepage hero. Read the property maintenance website case study.
Insurance inspections, appraisals and risk consulting for carriers, managing general agents, lenders and attorneys in New Jersey and the surrounding region. We wrote and built the website around how underwriters order work: four service pages in their terms and a request form that prompts for the coverage line and the deadline. Read the insurance inspection website case study.
Plumbing and heating from Dobbs Ferry, serving ten towns in lower Westchester County, NY. We rebuilt the website on a custom WordPress theme in September 2026 and run its local SEO: a page for each job, town pages for Yonkers, White Plains and Scarsdale, a service-area page for all ten towns, an advice library and click-to-call on every screen. Tour and cat-ski operators in Kosovo and Albania
A traveler choosing a mountain trip wants to know what it involves, how hard it is, when to go and how to get there before sending an inquiry. These sites answer those questions on the operator’s own pages and lead to an inquiry form.
An adventure tour operator in Peja, Kosovo, running trekking, ski touring, freeride and 4×4 trips across Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Our partner Orest Qavolli co-founded the company. We rebuilt the website on a custom WordPress theme, built out its trip pages and write its planning and destination guides, and every trip leads to a group inquiry form. Read the Wander Balkans case study.
Guided seven-night cat-ski weeks on the Dobërdol plateau in Albania’s Accursed Mountains. We built the website and the booking path behind it: pages for the week, the terrain and the guesthouse, and an inquiry that confirms which dates in the season are still free. Read the ski tour operator website case study.
A single-snowcat operation above Deçan, in the Accursed Mountains of western Kosovo. Its founder co-founded Wander Balkans with our partner Orest Qavolli. We moved the site off a page builder onto a custom WordPress theme and organized it around the trip, the terrain, avalanche safety and availability requests. Read the Freeride Kosovo case study.
Two apps: search, tracking and creative
App buyers search for the job they need done, such as subtitles for a short video or a map of a mountain route, and decide on the website or the store page. For these two apps our work is the marketing around the product, as each card sets out.
Word-timed subtitles for short videos in Albanian, English and German, on iPhone, Android and the web. We run its search pages in all three languages, its Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking and the briefs for its Meta ad creative. Read the multilingual SEO case study.
A free outdoor app with 3D terrain and slope-angle maps for the mountains of Kosovo and Albania. We refreshed the Traverse brand and made its launch and social creative, its store graphics and listing copy, and the search plan behind traverse-3d.com. Read the outdoor app marketing case study.
How we approach each project
- 1Start from how buyers search and decide
A homeowner looks for a plumber by the job and the town, so the KBD site is organized by job and by town. Trip planners ask about permits, trail conditions and the best season, so Wander Balkans answers each in its own guide.
- 2Give each search its own page
CJPM has a page for every service and every industry it serves, plus snow removal pages for 15 towns. KBD has a page for each job and separate pages for Yonkers, White Plains and Scarsdale.
- 3Put the next step where the reader decides
CJPM’s quote form sits in the homepage hero, KBD’s call button is on every screen, and The Sterling Group’s request form prompts for the coverage line and the deadline an underwriter already has in hand.
- 4Track where inquiries and sales come from
The CJPM, Wander Balkans and Freeride Kosovo inquiry forms record the page each inquiry was sent from, so the owner can see which pages bring in work. Titro’s servers report first finished videos and new subscriptions to Meta through the Conversions API, alongside the Pixel in the browser.
Questions about our marketing agency case studies
Is any of this work for an online store?
No. None of the eight projects is an online store. The closest is Titro, which sells app subscriptions on the web; we run its Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking. Ecommerce brands are now our main focus, and that work draws on Genti Xharavina’s years making paid-social creative that sold physical products for direct-to-consumer brands before NextAds, and on our own research, such as our study of 340 live Meta ads from 154 advertisers, read in the Meta Ad Library on October 2, 2026. Most of those 154 advertisers are product brands; they also include a marketplace, a home goods retailer, an online grocer, some link and landing-page services and a few review sites. See how we work as an ecommerce marketing agency.
Do you publish client results?
Not yet. The case studies cover what we did and why, without traffic, ranking or revenue figures. To talk through a project like these, send an inquiry and a partner replies within one business day.
Do you only work in New Jersey?
No. Our work includes New Jersey businesses, a plumbing and heating company in Westchester County, New York, three tour and cat-ski operators in Kosovo and Albania, and two apps. Genti Xharavina runs the work remotely, and Orest Qavolli is the New Jersey point of contact. Meet the partners.
How do I start a project like these?
For a new website or search work, start with website design in New Jersey or local SEO services. For tracking like Titro’s, see conversion tracking setup, and for launch and ad creative, our ad creative agency page. Ecommerce brands can start with our Meta ads agency page, and dealerships with our car dealership marketing agency or car dealership SEO pages. You can also run our free AI visibility audit on your current site, or ask for a free Meta ads audit. We build it from public information only: your live ads in the Meta Ad Library, the pages they send people to and what your Pixel shows in the browser, so we need no access to your ad account. It ends with three ads or angles we would test first. A partner replies within one business day, the written teardown follows by email, and we never publish a teardown without your written permission.
Tell us what you sell.
We reply within one business day, starting with a free review of your ads and the page they land on.
- You send the basics. What you sell, your site, and what it should do better.
- A partner reads it. Your ads and the pages they land on, from public information.
- You get a reply in one business day. What we would fix first, in plain English.
