Conversion Tracking & Analytics in NJ
GA4, conversion tracking and call tracking wired properly, so you know cost per lead per campaign. Analytics setup in NJ by NextAds.
If you cannot measure a lead, you cannot buy more of them
Ad platforms optimize toward whatever you tell them to count. Tell them nothing and they optimize for clicks. That is why so many accounts show excellent traffic and a quiet phone, or a full cart page and few orders. Tracking is not a reporting nicety bolted on at the end. It is the instruction set the algorithm actually follows.
This is the least glamorous service we sell, and every ad campaign we run depends on it.
What we set up
- GA4 set up for how you sell: lead events for a service business, purchase events with order value for an online store
- Google Tag Manager, so future changes do not require a developer
- Conversion actions for form submissions,
tel:clicks, email clicks and booking completions - Call tracking where phone calls are the real conversion, which is most local trades
- Conversion imports back into Google Ads and Meta so the platforms optimize toward leads or orders, not clicks
- Consent handling, because tracking that ignores privacy rules is a liability, not an asset
Tracking for Shopify and other online stores
For an online store the number that matters is the order. On Shopify we connect the Facebook & Instagram app with data sharing set to Enhanced or Maximum, so purchases reach Meta from the browser Pixel and from the Conversions API, and we remove leftover Pixel code from the theme and old apps so nothing is counted twice. Google Ads and GA4 get the same purchase event with its order value.
Every week we compare what each platform reports with the orders in Shopify. The full walkthrough is in our guide to Meta Pixel vs Conversions API on Shopify.
What you get to see
One number per campaign, in plain English: what it spent, how many leads or orders it produced, and what each one cost. Not sessions. Not impressions. Not a 40-tab dashboard nobody opens. If a campaign cannot show its cost per lead, we treat that as a defect to fix, not a report to explain away.
Attribution, honestly
No tracking setup captures every lead. Someone sees an ad on their phone, calls from a landline, and no tool on earth attributes it correctly. We tell you where the blind spots are and we sanity-check platform-reported conversions against something real — your booking system, your invoices, your call log. An account that looks profitable only inside the ad platform’s own dashboard is worth being suspicious of.
Start here if you are already spending
If you are running ads today without conversion tracking, this is the first thing to fix, ahead of budgets, keywords and creative. Everything else is guesswork until it is done.
Everything that sells, under one roof.
